English Text proofing pass

I found myself noting a few typos in my first-playthrough feedback. They were cluttering up my feedback page, so instead I deleted those items from my feedback, and instead took the liberty of extracting the strings from the demo and doing a quick proofing pass.

If you'd rather I didn't do this kinda thing, just say so, and I won't
